We ship worldwide.
General Shipping Information
To ensure proper delivery, please make certain all shipping information is correct and includes all relevant/required information. This includes the correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable). We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information was incorrectly entered.
Processing Time
Please allow an estimated 2 business days for order processing. This is separate from shipment and delivery time. There are a number of factors that determine the processing time.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a delivery is refused and sent back to us, we will not refund any return fees.
Delivery Claims
If your tracking information states your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you have 5 days to contact us and file a claim. In addition, file a claim with the carrier and we will assist however possible. Please note, claims filed with the carrier can take up to 30 days (depending on the carrier).
The East Wing does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier, nor do we issue refunds or credit in this situation.
Out of Stock Items
We do all we can to avoid this - but in the case that an item you have ordered becomes out of stock and your order cannot be completely fulfilled, you will be refunded for the amount of the item.
Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping
We do all we can to accommodate all billing and shipping preferences, but to protect our queens - The East Wing reserves the right to require a 'common' shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify the shipping address that was provided.
In addition, The East Wing reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders entirely from customers at any time for reasons including:
- An excessive or irregular history of return, which make indicate "wardrobing;"
- An excessive or irregular history of returns involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items;
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
