Q. What is your return policy?

A. Returns are accepted within 7 days after the shipment was delivered. We do not offer refunds, but you may be issued store credit for your return. You can start a return or read our full return policy here. 

Q. I forgot to add my promotional code at checkout. Can it be applied to my order?

A. Once the order has been placed, promotional codes can no longer be added. We do not provide refunds for the difference. Be sure to check the expiration date so you can use it before it expires.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may cancel your order. We do ship orders as quickly as possible, and once it has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled. We do not provide refunds, but you will receive store credit.

Q. What if my order has not been delivered?

A. If after contacting USPS or UPS, you still need assistance regarding locating your order, please contact us at info@shopeastwing.com and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you. You can read more about our shipping policies here.

Q. I've seen an item online but I cannot seem to find it on the website.

A. If you have already utilized the search bar and entered the item name or description at the top of the website, it is likely that the item is out of stock.  The name of the item is typically in our social media captions or tagged.  If neither, feel free to ask. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter in the pop-up or at the bottom of the website to be informed of new arrivals, restocks, sales, and more.

Q. What are your shipping options within the United States?

A. We offer flat-rate shipping at $7.99 for orders under $100, and free shipping beyond that. Orders are typically shipped within 1-4 business days. We ship with USPS or UPS, depending on the size and weight of the package.

Q. How do I track my order?

A. When your order has been shipped, you will be sent an e-mail with your tracking information. If you have provided a phone number at check-out, you will receive a text message with your tracking information. You can also download the Shop app to receive delivery updates. Please allow USPS 24-48 hours to update the tracking information.

Q. What is considered final sale?

A. Intimates, swimsuits, masks, and bodysuits are a final sale, due to the nature of the styles. Accessories, sale, and clearance items are also considered final sale.

Final sale items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Q. Why isn't my coupon code working?

A. If you are having difficulties with your coupon code, please contact us.  The code may no longer be valid or applicable to this items in your cart but we would by happy to look into this to confirm. Please note, coupons codes cannot be combined with any other offers, sales, or promotions.

Q. How do I know if my order has been placed?

A. You will be sent a confirmation email or text message upon completion of your order.  The confirmation email will include your order number and details. Be sure to check your spam folder as well as the email may have been filtered into that folder. When checking out, please ensure you continue until you reach the page containing your order number. Q. I've just placed my order. Can I change it?

A. To ensure our customer receive their orders as quickly as possible, our fast turnaround time may not allow for any changes. Please contact us as soon as possible to increase the likelihood of being accommodated. Also note that once the item has been shipped, no changes can be made.

Q. Can I make an exchange?

A. Because this is an online store with fast moving merchandise, exchanges are not accepted.  Check out our easy return policy for instructions on how to return the item, and then purchase what you need.

Q. Do you refund shipping costs?

A. There are no refunds for shipping costs. We also do not cover shipping costs for returns.  For more information on shipping, check out our shipping policy

Q. Do you have a size guide?

A. You can find the size guide here.  We know how frustrating it can be when you're excited to receive your order and it doesn't fit.  Because our styles are from different manufacturers and sizing may slightly differ - we have provided the size guide in the product description of every style.  You can also find the measurements of the model in the photo for reference.  If you have any further questions or would like a bit more extra guidance, feel free to use the contact form, or utilize the Messenger option on the bottom of the page for live chat.  Please note, a representative may not always be available but will assist as soon as possible.
