Return Policy (Online)

ONLINE RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 7 days after the shipment was delivered. We do not offer refunds, but you may be issued store credit for your return. You may begin the simple return process by clicking here or by going to:

Items returned should be in original packaging, not worn or washed, with labels still attached.  If items are sent back and do not meet these standards, they will not be returned back to the customer, nor will a refund/credit be issued. Items must be in original condition.

Once we have determined if your return will be accepted, please allow up to 7 working days for your store credit to be processed. You will receive an e-mail with the credit. Items are quality checked before shipment. If we detect that the return did not following our guidelines or have been washed/worn, we reserve the right to deny your return.

Promotional items, sale items, and clearance items are not eligible for return.  Bodysuits may also not be returned, due to the style.

The East Wing is not liable for the cost of return shipping.

Orders not delivered or Returned to Sender are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and will be deducted from the refund amount. The shipping cost is also non-refundable. If you'd like your order resent, you would be responsible for the full cost of the shipment (which may be greater than the flat rate shipping cost).
