Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days after the shipment was delivered.  Our customer service team is available 24 hours and would be happy to assist you to make the process as simple and easy as possible.  All you would need to do is contact us with your order number, description of the problem or reason for return.  Do not ship items back to the address on the package that you have received.  A customer service representative will provide you with the return address.

Items returned should be original packaging, not worn, with labels still attached.  If items are sent back and do not meet these standards, they will not be returned back to the customer, nor will a refund be issued.

Promotional items, sale items, clearance, and other special items are not eligible for return.  Special items will be noted in the description if it is not eligible.

The East Wing is responsible for damaged or defective items including stains, zipper malfunctions, and tears or rips.  If returning a damaged item, please include photos in the e-mail to customer service.  Quality control is important, and each item is carefully inspected prior to shipping.

When making a return, please inform us of the tracking number to ensure we receive the items.  A refund will be immediately processed upon receipt.

The East Wing is not liable for the cost of return shipping.
