How do I change or cancel my order?

Once the order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.  If there is an issue regarding address or contact information, contact info@shopeastwing.com as soon as possible with your order number and issue.  However, these requests are not guaranteed.  Confirm all information is correct prior to finalizing the order.

What payment methods do you accept?

All credit cards are accepted, as well as PayPal and AmazonPay.  There is also the option of dividing the total into four monthly payments using Klarna.

What happens if I forgot to add my promotional code at checkout?

I'm sorry, babe!  Once the order has been placed, promotional codes can no longer be added.  Check the expiration date and be sure to use it before it's too late!

What if my credit card declines?

If your credit card declines, you will be able to choose an alternate method of payment.

Can I make an exchange?

Because this is an online store with fast moving merchandise, exchanges are not accepted.  Check out our easy return policy for instructions on how to return the item, and then purchase what you need. Please note: All returns are temporarily suspended due to the COVID19 pandemic and our safety precautions.

I received a damaged item.  What should I do?
